Our leadership team is comprised of individuals who have personally used the Optimized Outcome concepts to prepare for and recover from major injuries and surgery. Collectively the team has over 50 years of insurance and financial consulting expertise. Most importantly, our team approaches recovery education from the patient’s perspective. Our mission is to guide people on the road to recovery to optimize outcomes – helping injured persons “Get Better Faster And Stay Better Longer”.

Brian Allen

Brian has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, the last 17 years focused almost exclusively on shaping workers' compensation policy across the country. He has been a featured speaker at many conferences and is a frequent contributor to various trade journals discussing innovation and trends impacting the workers' compensation system. Brian is passionate about helping injured workers and others recover to the fullest extent possible.

Harvey Warren

Harvey has enjoyed many careers from screenwriter to film producer to financial services professional. As author of the Optimized Patient book and survivor of three spine surgeries, he writes about the problem that “patients want to get better, they just don’t know how”. Optimized Outcome Solutions translates his book into a service providing real-time guidance on how to “get better faster and stay better longer.”

Douglas Amend

Douglas was not looking to be involved in an injury recovery coaching opportunity until he fell off a mountain. The 300 foot fall during a weekend hike resulted in a fractured back and six-month journey through the perils of rehab. The lessons learned and connections made make Douglas an invaluable partner on the Optimized team. He is devoted to sharing what he learned to help others manage their injuries and fully recover.
