Patient Book

Each program participant will have access to an electronic copy of "The Optimized Patient", 2nd edition, book.  A hard copy version can be made available.  The Optimized Patient book, 2nd edition, provides the educational foundation for the Optimized Outcome Solutions program.  The book's author, Harvey Warren, details his personal voyage with spine surgery along with the voyage of several other surgery and injury patients who achieved an optimized outcome.  The book also contains information and recommendations from surgeons, physical therapists, nutritionists, and others who can help patients successfully navigate their own personal voyage with a surgical event or injury recovery.
