Recipe: Strawberry Kefir Breakfast Smoothie Recipe


Ingredients


1 C kefir

1/2 C fresh fruits or frozen

2 Tbsp honey (or two pitted dates)

Ice cubes (optional, to give it a nice chill)

Directions


Add kefir, fruits, honey, and ice cubes to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

A ripe banana may be used instead of honey. 


Optional: Add protein powder or collagen
